About Next Steps
Families often leave hospitals, hospices, funeral homes, and other caring organizations with questions that extend far beyond the services those organizations provide. They may need to know whom to notify, how to handle an estate, what to do with a vacant home, how to claim benefits, and much more. AIP Community Partners can give these families another place to turn. Through the AIP Network, your organization can provide families with complimentary access to Next Steps, an online course created to guide them through the practical responsibilities that follow the loss of a loved one.

Many ways to learn
From videos to e-books, Next Steps provides essential information at varying levels of depth so that families can decide just how much information they need at any given time.

Simple by Design
Becoming an AIP Community Partner gives your organization another resource to help families‐with no participation fees, no referral requirements, and no ongoing obligation to remain in the Network.
There are currently no upfront or annual participation fees. If that ever changes, you always have the right to walk away.
AIP and your organization do not become employees, agents, partners, franchisees, or representatives of each other.
AIP and your organization do not control, supervise, endorse, or guarantee the other's services or operations.
AIP and your organization are not required to refer, recommend, or endorse each other.
AIP will provide various promotional materials and applicable coupon codes and may update them as the program evolves. AIP retains ownership of these materials.
Your organization may provide AIP materials to families whenever you believe they may be helpful. Please use and distribute them only as authorized by AIP.
AIP or your organization may end the relationship at any time for any reason by simply providing a written notice to the other party.
